Meadows Library Garden in Bloom, & Old Meadows in Bloom; Geography students seeking opinion; proposed entrance to site for housing on the site of the former Old Toll Bridge pub; 2 police response vehicles on their way to an emergency.

Something of a return to form from our anti-graffiti staff on the city council, who removed rude messages from the walls of our biggest community centre within 24 hours.
