NCH gardening volunteers are working on the site.
“Adjacent to The Loggerheads on Cliff Road in the Narrowmarsh, a “Rose Garden” on the site of the former Barley Mow Inn.
“Brick and York stone edging has gone in.
“Ferns on site to go in and pyracantha lengths cut to deter anti social behaviour in one corner.
“One resident providing plants/bulbs, no items dumped since work begun just in the New Year, next door has cleaned down the surface, organised the bricks when delivered, refreshments from across the road …
“‘Friends of Cliff Road’ is meant as being inclusive as anyone can remove a can etc.”
