Mid-month progress report – August 2016

Further to the end of July progress report  –
– the Riverside Festival was very well attended, helped by lovely sunshine; plenty of people took advantage of the tram – serving for the Festival for the first time;
-a protest march by Islamaphobes in the city centre has been managed by the Police very successfully, but at a cost of £200,000 to the Notts public and with some businesses closing for the duration of the protest, including The Beach;
– a new focus on Bridgeway shopping centre is required given the expected delivery of a residents’ parking scheme in the Autumn for most of the New Meadows;
– Which? magazine have rated Robin Hood Energy highly.
1706 matters of concern have been raised with me since October 2011.
