Farewell to Mapperley Estate

WP_20160715_13_57_11_Pro ab0421h farewell
Home since 1988.
An estate off Sherwood Vale, constructed in one of the pits that supplied the clay to feed the factory that baked the Mapperley bricks that built St.Pancras railway station.
A house built in 1964, with Sue being the second owner, on an estate initially known as Mapperley estate, but the name hasn’t stuck.
Quiet, and particularly special with the spring blossom.
